They never process claims with your insurance company no matter how many times you request them to do so. Tiffany, the office manager, never replies to emails and I even said I would not be make any more appointments until we are reimbursed for prior services. Dr. Klocko is also extremely expensive compared to other dentists.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

This is the best dentist I have every had -- great personal service!
