Never Ever Go there again for teeth cleaning!!!! First, Dr. Sun did not clean my teeth, there's a lady who did not introduce herself and told me to laid down and started checking my wisdom teeth then advised me she will refer me to see an experience surgeon, which is fine. After that she started cleaning my teeth by using Fine hand tools(scalers/curettes) for approximately around 10 mins plus rinsed it, that's the first step of what she did. Second step she polished all my "side and front" teeth, did not polish inside my teeth and it only take her less than 5 mins for the polished, after that, she said "done". This is ridiculous!! In my knowledge, I totally believe that she is missing at least 1 step which apply fluoride. To be honest, this is the final, and my favorite part of the dental cleaning!!! I asked couple friends about their teeth cleaning experience and I had told that whoever does your teeth cleaning was missing something. Most of my friends said your doctor did not include free X-rays.

I really had a deep feeling that they were trying to finish their job "ON TIME" before serving the next customer appointment instead of making the customer to wait. I even saw that lady was playing her phone after finished cleaning my teeth. Very unprofessional. The way she does her job it's like the nails tech people who work in the nails shop. VERY RUSH AND TRYING TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMER ON TIME SO THEY WONT FALL BEHIND ON THE CUSTOMER APPOINTMENT.

I'm very upset, when I paid $95.00 for that kind of cleaning and disappointed. I know $95.00 can be cheap on teeth cleaning but it can be expensive when I had that kind of teeth cleaning from that lady.

I used to referred my friends to Dr. Sun every time when I had teeth conversation with them, but now, not any more!!! I will noticed people who I knew "do not even try Dr. Sun" he don't even do his job!!!
