Be sure to ask and verify what your payment requirements are PRIOR to receiving service. I was not informed until after the fitting for a crown was performed. The office manager was rude with me and refused to order my permanent crown until fees were paid. Leaving me with a temporary crown...

The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
