It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician, they were so kid friendly and made my child feel instantly comfortable. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
