I've been to other dentists before him, more modern offices, etc. It was close to home and had an emergency appointment available. There was antiquated equipment and the room had a weird smell. I didn't wait long at all. They don't seem to get a lot of patients. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
