They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
