They staff at the front desk did not seem focused and it seemed hard to pin them down on what they needed in the paperwork. However, they made sure all money matters were settled prior to starting(or not). The only words spoken by the hygenist I saw for my cleaning were a comment on my necklace. She was very abrasive and my teeth felt rough when I left. The dentist was cheerful, but I saw him for two minutes. My husband and I have the same dental coverage. His bill was cleared, mine wasn't. I couldn't make the billing clerk see the absurdity of this. It took four months for me to clear this.I will not return to this office.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
