Honestly, couldn't be happier with excellent dental work Dr. Matossian provides. This small friendly office delivers a personal touch with friendly and helpful support. The office runs smoothly and Sandy the receptionist and Cathy his right hand women are a perfect fit working with Dr. Matossian o create a very calm and caring environment. Believe me, i do not like going to the dentist, but i feel safe here. Not related to this small business at all, but thought I'd share my experience thus far.

Dr. Matossian's staff are so rude and treat you like you are the scum of the earth. I went in to get my teeth looked at and unfortunately had problems with my insurance information. After getting the women at the front desk what she needed she proceeded to give me an attitude and wave me away with her hand while huffing and puffing. Once I was called into the room she apparently called to me from her desk to ask me when the last time I used my insurance and then when I didn't answer her she walked in to the room with an attitude. Once I answered her question she proceeded to ask me what I was there for and after telling her I wasn't really sure because it wasn't just a cleaning and that I was having issues with my teeth she walked out all angry throwing her hands up saying "No one knows whats going on now do they?" After everything was said and done and driving 45 minuets to just be treated like crap I took my stuff and left without even seeing the doctor. I would never recommend any one to go there, especially after the disrespect I had received.
