I believe that this provider comes up with unnecessary procedures. One dentist told me that I needed work and when I saw my own dentist in the same office he said I did not need it and this happened at least twice.
I asked the price for replacement with white dental fillings because my silver ones were actually turning my teeth black and told they were covered completely only to be told by another staffer after they were done that I owed $400.00.
So the next time they came up with a procedure I supposedly needed I was told I only had to pay $80.00 and was of course immediately skeptical and asked for this to be put in writing for my own protection.

Now the same staffer that told me those fillings were covered told me that the total cost to me could change if they submitted a bill to my insurance company and they did not pay the portion they had already agreed to in a pre-plan or whatever it is called and then said and I quote, "why should we take the hit?" Very professional and assuring !

The only reason I stayed with them as long as I did is because I liked and trusted my dentist there. I would be a complete idiot to return.

My tooth, that wasn't bothering me when I got there, has bothered me since it was "fixed". Also, the office attempted to charge me $125 for a filling when they were only supposed to charge me a little over $30 as an in network dentist. The lady got a little snotty when I questioned her. Pay close attention to your bill if you go there.
