I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
