This dental office is in a convenient location, especially if you live in Needham like I do. But I just would like warn people who is thinking of using this dental service. First impression all the staff look very friendly, while then they will give you all kinds of service you don't need, without let you know that you need to pay for these out of pocket beforehand. You think you are going there for an insurance-fully-covered teeth cleaning? Wrong--You end up getting a large bill from them.
I think they have been doing these kind of tricks for a while and that is probably why they don;t really have too many patients--nobody likes to deal with dishonest business. If you are planning to take the risk using this dental office, be extremely cautious with any service they offer and make sure that service is necessary, fully explained, and with your consent,

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.
