Wow! I've been to too many doctors who already have their minds made up and try to tell me what I need to do... never having heard what I want...
I even left a dentist from the area who is so pushy that if you don't do what he says he tells you you are not the kind of patient he wants...
Well thank you Dr. McDuffee! The first thing he asked me is "what can I do for you?"
Once I told him my main concern he took care of it and then asked me if he could tell me all that he sees and then let me decide where to start... its amazing what kind of options there are in dentistry now! I had no idea! Or maybe it was too hard to hear when other dentists tried to push their preferences on me. It was clear there were a couple things that needed to be addressed right away but some other stuff I might plan for in the future... I am also so glad these black fillings could be so easily fixed. I love Ann - who cleaned my teeth and the rest of the staff is very friendly... I can't believe I actually look forward to going in... maybe I need a shrink?
Seriously though, they make the difficult so much more pleasant!
