My family has been seeing Dr. Stephen McLaughlin since 2011. We have always had a pleasant experience, even my children (ages 12 and 13 now). The entire staff, from Misty in the front office to the hygenists and the doctor himself are extremely friendly and caring. The atmosphere is modern, clean and comfortable. Everytime I call or walk in they know me right away and always ask about the kids, how we've been and how we're doing now. This interaction makes the entire experience more personal and relaxing. I recently had an insurance issue and between Misty and the doctor, they were kind enough to handle the situation with a very positive result. I don't know anyone that likes to go to the dentist, but it is a necessary evil and this entire office makes that experience pleasant. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I usually have a small wait time. But it is more than made up for in the quality of the care. Dr Stephan McLaughlin will take the time necessary to each procedure correctly. He schedules appropriate time but if things don't go as expected he won't rush to finish. Prices are reasonable from my view point. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are very accommodating of my schedule.
