Dr. Melinda Birdsall is VERY professional, compasionate understanding and most important to me is that she didnt allow her "Assistant" to make me uncomfortable (as was usual with others) and also she is very thorough following a strict procedure inspiring confidence in her evalutation.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a good staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They followed up with me after my appointment. .
