Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
