The biggest concern I have with Dr. Jacobsen and his staff are that they were less than attentive. The staff at the desk was less than thrilled to see new patients and Dr. Jacobsen took a (long) personal call during my pre-natal exam. I ended up going to Newton Wellesley because I felt the care was not up to standards, even though NWH was much further away. Dr. Jacobsen is not for 1s time Mothers or those who have any questions or concerns!!!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
