Dr Easley was fine, however, I was shocked that his dental assistant ( I don't know her name because she was not wearing a badge) took a look at the xray that I brought and then told me that I couldn't have the procedure I was asking about because there was not enough bone left! She was not even a dental student! She then proceded to tell me that " you know, the reason your bone is gone is because of your previous radiation for cancer:" I knew this was incorrect and asked if I could get my information from the dentist. When I confirmed that my previous radiation (far from the head) did NOT cause this problem and the RO spoke with one of the other dentists, I advised her of this. She stated " that she knew it did and told me to 'have a nice dayl" When I called to get her name it was refused. Then dentist was very nice, but his staff is required to wear name tags identifying them and their profession and should not be dispensing information outside their scope of practice, knowlege, or education. Ask to speak with Dr Easley ONLY. He is very good and appears well trained.

How can somebody be excited about an experience at the dentist, especially when it involves having all four wisdom teeth removed? Dr. Easley and his friendly staff have the magic it takes to make their patients feel at ease and well taken care of. They were helpful with figuring out appointment times that fit in with my unusual schedule and time constraints, they made me laugh, answered all of my questions, quelled all of my concerns and maintain a very professional demeanor all the while. I would travel quite a distance to make it back there for any future dental issues.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
