The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision.
