One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
