Extremely unhappy with every aspect of dealing with this office. They are closed on Fridays, fine, a lot of doctor's offices are only open 4 days. But they also leave early on Thursday. And for me this week, Tuesdays and Wednesday as well. How is anyone supposed to get any answers to question? I waited over 5 weeks to hear back about something I was told would take no more than 2; they then tried to blame a third party, but it was their fault. Just received bill on 2/2 saying I owed $15 more because my co-pay increased from $25 to $40. My co-pay was $40 on 11/11 - the date of my appt, which I paid. Now I need paperwork from their office, but they are closed from 12-1 or 1-2 or maybe even 12-2 for lunch, then leave early. The only people I consistently talk to our their answering service. Doesn't leave a lot of time to reach someone. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.
