I feel that Dr Freed is unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. The first few visits went very well and then, out of the blue, everything changed. The practice has no compassion, poor communication, and a lousy excuse for customer service. There was no opportunity for dialogue - she directed untrue accusations at us and gave us no options for resolution- she dismissed us via a poorly written & absolutely unprofessional letter.
I do not recommend trusting this doctor or practice. I feel that her behavior is unforgivable.

This is just my opinion, but I sure learned it the hard way. I truly truly hope that no one else has to go through what I did.
