The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
