Dr Paul Coutu has been my PCP since 1981 when he was beginning his career as an Internist. He has very carefully treated me with various physical conditions since that time and I trust him implicitly. Unfortunately he is retiring the end of 2014 and its time to find a replacement. How does one replace a doctor who knows you like a book and that provides you with the best of care! Dr Paul Coutu is the best of the best and I wish him well in his new ventures although I will miss him very much.

Dr. Paul Coutu maintains his schedule and thus I have rarely waited more than an extra few minutes to see him. He has NEVER rushed me and has always provided adequate time to discuss my health concerns and options in my care. I have never felt rushed or that my questions were dismissed without discussion and if an answer was not readily available, I would hear from Dr. Coutu within a day or two. My ancillary test results are always expressed back to me in a reasonable amount of time and I never have felt anxious awaiting results. Dr. Coutu follows up with phone calls and written materials to support my health care. Parking is readily available and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. I can't imagine going anywhere else and I work in a major Boston hospital. I can't say enough about the comfort and care provided by Dr. Paul Coutu. Thank you.
