After emergency room visit to another hospital A. Rabin refused to examine and treat my 95 year old grandmother, because I took her to he hospital he don't affiliate with. Instead he lectured her for 45 min, said that it is his business and he is loosing money, and if we want to do to another hospital, we can look for another doctor, what we did.
Waiting time is over 2 hours, doctor is seeing patients once a week for 2 hours, so it takes 2-4 weeks to see the doctor, and there is no other doctor in the practice who will see the patients, so they just tell you to go to emergency room and only in the hospital he is working at, so he can get assess to the records (and his part of the profit?)
The secretary is plane rude. Doctor from emergency room left two massages for A. Rubin, who didn't bother to call back, we left few massages, and after that we were accused of taking elder person to another hospital (that I believe will provide a better care ), so there is no communication with the doctor. How about returning a phone call? When i asked about not returned massages, I was told that there were no massages at all. Was she lying?
The rest of the story is all the same. We found another doctor.
I will not recommend this businessmen to anyone who is looking for a doctor
