Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Terrible office staff. The way in which payment is requested in advance seemed accusatory. Dr. Weiner seemed uninterested in finding out about patient or illness. A depressing introduction to health care in the Pioneer Valley, comparing so badly to the four other states where we lived.
