The office staff is not friendly and accommodating. Admittedly, they are busy but they need to realize that they are the first impression for their patients and need to make more of an effort to be friendly. Dr. DeCoste is talented but she is hot and cold. Some days she is very friendly and takes time to discuss things with you but other times you feel like you are being rushed through unless you are interested in a cosmetic procedure. She really pushes the expensive procedures and products which makes her seem like she is only interested if you are willing to spend money. I have rosacea and was looking for budget friendly over the counter products to help and she actually told me that I should save up my money to do a cosmetic laser procedure at $300+ over 4 visits. I realized we weren't on the same wave length after that appt. Also, the wait time is ridiculously long. I spent 45 minutes waiting in the exam room to be seen. It's frustrating. If I could catch Dr. DeCoste on her good days all the time, I would go back but I don't like being pressured into procedures and products that I can't afford.
