They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
