They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. Dr. Lyons has an exceptional bedside manner. He is genuinely concerned with his patients. In my case, he was persistent but not pushy regarding the care that I needed.

I am very disgruntled that my wife had an office proceedure done and your office billed it as if was performed in the hospital.Because it was billed this way I am getting whacked by Blue Cross Blue Shield for over $900 that should not be.If she had gone into the Emergency Room or the Hospital that would be another story.We have both been patients in good standing there going back to 2004 and this just totally sours me.I have referred many people to this practice but unless this is cleared up I never will again.----Bill Susienka--508-751-9960
