They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
