Their office was clean enough, after all it is a childrens dentist. I really like Dr. Snuggs, great dentist. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant. I did have to wait quite a while after we arrived for our appointment. I also don't like the fact that they go on limited summer hours and days of operation, which is the exact timeframe working parents like myself need to get our children to the dentist, when school is out! Extremely hard to get through to them via telephone, they must only have one or two lines.

It's worth the drive! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
