Daughter has been going to this office for 4 years now for orthodontic treatment. A year ago things were looking good braces about to come off soon. Then suddenly a problem with cross bite occurred. Not really knowing exactly why now there was such a problem found and not sooner....different treatment with bands etc were done producing very little results, if any. She became their mystery patient and every once in awhile they have seen patients where there teethare just stubborn, according to the staff. NOw about to graduate highschool and 4 years late braces still on with no treatment completion date in site and still not a big difference. During these years Dr. Hedrick saw my daughter a few times and never did any of the work. It wasn't until after we the parents requested the Dr. Come see her. We requested the braces to come off. We will have to go to elsewhere to pursue her bite issues. Yes they have been seeing her more aggressively this past year and yes the Dr. Has made himself available to her but only after the realization of the problems. NIce staff but the problem still remains.
