They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Their dental equipment is clean. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
