I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
