It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
