Don't bother even calling them. They are the worst medical office I have ever encountered. I called in March to get an April appt. They called 2 days before the appt to cancel because of a personal matter. Instead of putting me down for the next appt the following month, the lady said she could get me in earlier by calling me for any cancellations. After 2 days, she stopped calling. I called back in May and got an appt for June. The Fri before my Mon 8:30 appt, they called again saying that Dr. Morris has a surgery scheduled for that morning, asking me to move it to 2:45. I told them I had to pick up my kids and the afternoon was not an option. She said that I can then come in at 9:30 and fill out papers while Dr. Morris gets in from his surgery. Went at 9:25 and was told my appt wasn't until 2:45. Then they had the nerves to tell me that they offered a 12:30, but I had declined and said I would be there at 2:45. You cannot tell me that I lied and took a 2:45 when I am a working mother of two and would never take an appt instead of picking up my children. Their office has wasted so much of my time and money. I kept taking time off work and rearranging my schedule for nothing. To make it worse, they never were apologetic. Can't really comment on the doctor since I never got to meet him, but if he is a reflection of his staff he is very unprofessional.
