The chairs in the waiting room weren’t really anything to rave about, they were pretty average and slightly uncomfortable.

They usually return my phone calls quickly. They try to take that extra step to make me feel special. Sometimes there is a horribly long wait. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field.

Dr. Cassel is a rude and arrogant opthalmologist. He is more concerned about his own needs in comparison to those of his patients. With so many wonderful providers in the Towson area, any potential client would be foolish to waste their time utilizing his services. Unfortunately, Dr. Cassel needs to learn that an education will not automatically breed character.
