I've been going to Dr. Tsoy for ~8 years. He has a quiet, calm demeanor and conducts a very thorough examination. He explains clearly what's going on and makes recommendations for future treatment, Rx changes, etc. He will tell me if he thinks the change is not so significant that I need to buy new lenses. His staff is very nice. His office is convenient.
