He took out perfectly good fillings to replace them with what he thought was best looking and didn't consult me until afterward. He had blood all over my face (dried and caked on). My teeth didn't quit hurting for years after that and they sometimes still do. He didn't shave the new fillings down right and so eating and drinking became real problems with any type of food (warm, hot, or cold). This was an absolute nightmare! They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I haven't been back since and don't recommend anyone else does either! I want to take that half star away and go into the negative but it won't allow me too!
