It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I didn't doubt their abilities at all. I always felt very safe in their care. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed.
