Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
