They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
