I was very glad that they didn't leave me unattended during my consultation. I've been to some other psychiatrists that left me alone during my consultation, and I felt very ignored, but they didn't do that here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing I liked about their office, was how easy it was to find parking. I found a spot within a matter of minutes.

I appreciated that they took the time to really listen to my input and concerns. It made me feel respected and important. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One thing I like about them, is how easy they are to reach in an emergency. They took my call and helped me right away. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
