I use to be white knuckle patient, I'd grip the chair so tight I'd almost pull the arms off! It wasn't until becoming a patient of Dr. Marshall's that I realized it didn't have to hurt, I didn't need to be afraid any longer. That was 18 years ago and I'll never go any where else! I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I've been going to Dr. Marshall for years. It gives me great confidence that I'm going to a professional. He and his staff are very thorough not to mention very friendly! Dr. Marshall truly cares about his patients and their teeth. Dr. Marshall goes to great lengths to make sure there is no pain which I appreciate very much. The staff really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I have recommended him to several people and they are all very happy with him and the services they receive.
