Dr. Stinson is known for being one of the best in the field. The TV noise in the waiting room and the station it was tuned to were annoying. It got on my nerves. The office was easy enough to find. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment because of the technical detail he gave about my daughter's condition. Nevertheless, the communication was not good on a practical level and he got a bit annoyed when I asked for more understanding about her specific diagnosis and about excercises that he recommended. His staff were cold and "take-a-number" types--not at all welcoming to a new patient who did not know their "system." Since my daughter's condition is not serious, I will be visiting a sports-medicine doctor that will communicate better about helpful exercise. If she needed surgery or her condition took a turn for the worse, there is no question, I would return to Dr. Stinton--if he would have me back after blasting his staff :)

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
