We have a dental plan that only has him and they will not let us switch so we had to change insurance, as I would never deal with this idiot and his staff again! I waited 6 months before I could get a cleaning for my children and then they would not take them because they had x-rays 5 years prior in GA and I didn't have them with me. She stated they were good for 7 so she needed them before they could see my kids. Then I make an appointment for my husband and they cancelled it because they said they left a message to confirm appointment and I never called back. Funny how I got all my messages except that one! If you, by a miracle, can get in they are rude and don't have anytime for you.

I was a first time client. I waited ONE HOUR after I arrived for my appointment. When I called to make my appointment, I called at least THREE times before I finally spoke to somebody. And that appointment was 4 months out!!! She laughed when I asked for a month ahead check-up. Btw, leaving messages were useless because they DO NOT return phone calls. It's extremely annoying. The hygienist doubles as the receptionist. She was not friendly, not helpful, and just plain hard to deal with.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. I should not have wasted my time.
