They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, and had two other dentsit verify I did not need the procedure. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I even wrote a letter explaining this and how I felt I had a horrible experience with the MAGO mouthpiece, that I felt frightened into wearing. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I have since went to another dentist who seems very honest and was able to get me back to where I was prior to wearing the MAGO mouthpiece that Dr.Tanner recommended. I regret ever going there and I regret trusting his medical opinion that I needed a mouthpiece. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and was not willing to speak to me directly to resolve my issue.
