All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. When I called and requested my medical records for a second opinion, I was told that once I pick them up the doctor won't want me to come back. Being in the military its hard to find dentists that you can trust. We move constantly so we're unable to establish trust that normally someone would if they lived in the area for more than a year. Being told that they don't want us back because we wanted a second opinion is not a way to earn peoples trust. I would suggest that either the doctor talk to his receptionists about customer service and the way talk to them or not expect a lot of families in the military at their practice.
