I have seen Dr. Brody for for more than 15 years, including 9 years I lived in other states. I took all the trouble to come back to see Dr. Brody for annual visit because she really took the time to listen and she was friendly and caring. However, she was different during my recent visit - she was inpatient, upset, troubled, rushed, and frustrated. When I was unable to tell her a dosage of nutrition supplement I took, she turned really upset and said "This is frustrating!!!" I am not sure if I want to see her again.

Dr. Townsend is great at explaining any condition I have had. He makes sure to draw pictures as well as tell you, when it's relevant. He makes time for discussion in his office. He's very sharp but does not talk down to you; you feel respected. Also, I can get through pretty easily on the phone, and if I have a medical issue that needs quick attention, the nurse, Linda will find a way to fit me in. She is great at returning calls within a short time. His office usually is running on time so there is not much waiting unless there has been an emergency.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not really, but I found a spot

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
