I've seen Dr. Coelus since 2004, annually, and in that time the appointment setting personnel has "lost" my appt twice. If this has happened to me randomly in the past 8 years, I'm sure it's happened to others as well. The wait to be seen is a consistent 45-50 minutes. Dr Coelus bedside manner isn't thrilling, but she gives an average exam. I think if she had better scheduling staff, she'd retain more patients.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They had already reviewed my medical history before the appointment, and went over it with me in the exam room so as not to miss anything. They were extremely thorough and made sure not to miss one detail. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
