I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
